Like a dream
Raw Edge
Raw Edge is a science-based Estonian foodtech company and a TalTech spin-off. Raw Edge drinks are made through controlled fermentation from real carrot juice, using lactic acid bacteria strains documented in the scientific literature. This means we know exactly which bacterial strain is in the drink, how much of it there is and what science says about that particular strain. The result is refreshing and tasty drinks with a residual sugar content below 1%, with no added sugar, synthetic additives or sweeteners. Every millilitre contains over 10 million live lactic acid bacteria (≥10⁷ CFU/ml), which stay alive throughout the shelf life. Our goal is to bring fermented foods and drinks into people's everyday lives without having to compromise on taste for the sake of a healthier choice.
